Friday plans to release another novel in The Phoenician Series titled Man Made Man in late 2013 but plans can change so follow Friday at one of the links above to keep up! Remember: There’s always a Plan!

In the far future on an alien world, this fast-paced, Classic SciFi Dystopia weaves a mystery-style plot with a sexy RomanticSF thread. Artificial Breeding Selections and an unforgiving caste system are an invitation for political corruption to poison the gene pool. It’s up to a Proctor named Raif and a Phoenician named Shayla to save the human genome from sabotage. Talk about a brain child!

Can two men co-exist inside one mind? Andrew Caine and Joshua Scherrer can barely co-exist outside, on the same planet. After they’re involved in a fatal car accident, the enigmatic native Phoenicians have sent someone to “help” them blend together, into a new man. Can they accept the new existence together, or will their minds collide as fatally as the car crash that killed them?

ManMadeManProctors don’t think; they follow orders but a Proctor named Raif can’t stop thinking. He’s different and he knows it. He was MADE differently. Who made him and why is a mystery but he knows it took a lot of time and money to make him this way. Who on the planet would have the resources to do that? And what was he designed to BE anyway? With thoughts that aren’t his own and donors from over a dozen different genetic lines–so far, with more showing up every day–all he knows for certain is that he was never designed to be a Proctor.

When Raif tries to research his origins in the Breeding Selections, the genetic records of every human alive on the planet, he makes an even more horrifying discovery: his genetic design isn’t even listed. It’s as if he doesn’t exist–or shouldn’t. Was he ever supposed to be MADE or was his design some kind of experimental theory? Was he given life by accident? Is he even human?

In MAN MADE MAN, Raif will encounter the Phoenicians for the first time. Believed by the humans to be indigenous to the planet, the Phoenicians are still not understood by the human colonists even after 400 years of sharing their world. The Phoenician leaders, the Seven Chiefs, learn of Raif’s personal quest to find his maker and they decide to help him with it. Of course, they’re not just being nice. With the Seven Chiefs, there’s always a Plan! But was Raif made for their Plan or will their Plan have to make room for him?
